Collaborative Infrastructure & Shared Resources
We foster cross-sector collaboration by aligning partners on shared goals and evidence-based strategies. Through retreats, workshops, and shared tools, we help organizations grow and strengthen the regional ecosystem.
Equitable Excellence Scholarship
In partnership with Equitable Foundation, SCAN was able to secure $300,000 in scholarship support for (20) students across SCAN partners organization in 2025
Empowering Student Advocacy
SCAN supported two Syracuse city residentsin attending a national conference in D.C., where they advocated for college access policies and shared their experiences with congressional leaders.
